Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo.

Breakfast was pleasant, well-stocked, and tables were cleaned immediately. Room service was daily worth new towels and trash taken out daily.
