"Everything about the Pali is wonderful. From the hotel’s front desk, to the breakfast, to the Valet, to the close proximity to UCLA, and the 24-hour water and coffee bar. My only recommendation would be the cleaning service. Rooms are cleaned very late in the afternoon and small details were missed. Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and not refilled; toilet paper and Kleenex were empty and not refilled. Small details on the cleanliness of the rooms were missed and if those could be addressed, the hotel would be a 10 for me."

"For the price and star rating, I expected much better. The room had a nice layout but that was it. The walls are paper thin so I got some pretty disgusting audio that I'm sure originated from people who would have preferred their screams and moans to be private. Minimal amenities, I think Motel 6 is better. The staff is snarky and uptight so you would think you're actually at a decent hotel especially since you are in Beverly Hills. They say absolutely no pets but of course there was a plastic old woman with her whiny Chihuahua at the pool. I would not recommend this place at all!"

"View from the top of the hotel with a great free breakfast was worth it. Room was nicely appointed and felt newly renovated. Valet parking. Very close to Getty Museum and they even had a complimentary Uber there from the hotel. "
