Sleep Inn & Suites Jacksonville West
Parking was safe, employees very nice and helpful. Pool wasn't cleaned and carpet in room had a musty smell only bad thing. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. Ac worked well and heater.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit strange that you had to go to the 2nd floor to check in. Hyatt Regency Jacksonville
Check out staff member was a bit rude. She rolled her eyes at me at one point. The rooms were just ok. The view was very nice of the river.

The rooms need updating. Bed sheets had stains on them, very gross. Hotel company needs to fumigate rooms, saw several roaches in the room.
