"The outside of the building was so dirty. The window in the room you could not see out of. We were on the second room. No elevator so had to carry luggage up and down stairs. The window was missing a screen and the curtain was falling down. The bathroom sink was rusted and nasty. Did not bother to have a morning shower. Overall dirty and nasty…"

"The basement suite provided everything we needed for our stay in Brandon. The location was perfect in proximity to the fair grounds. It had all the essentials including a coffee maker and tea kettle. Will definitely stay here agian! "

"Room was mostly clean, can see some stains on the carpet. Furniture are outdated, one of the drawers on the cabinet kept sliding open. Digestive cookie in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast was ok! When we came down at 8:30 the breakfast room was empty. I found 1 cream cheese and asked the lady if they had anymore and she said it was the last one. 😬"
