"For a sleep inn the room was fine and outside of the left behind articles of clothing in the closet was clean. Check in was done via kiosk and off-site persons. The gym was small but functional with a nice elliptical and treadmill. Breakfast room was cramped but food selection was ok. Staff did their best in the breakfast rooms cramped quarters to keep food fresh and room clean- not an easy task when fellow guests have no issues making messes... Pool was off the breakfast room which was odd but other guests seemed to have no issues using it. Generally good value for money..."

"To Whom it may concern, Parking was charged at $15 a day, but they have their own parking lot. The cell phone service was intruded while in the hotel even with excellent signal. 1 block away cell phones work fine. They sell WiFi, funny how that works. Breakfast was good with options, rooms dont get cleaned daily while staying. Overall, ok, but probably would find something cheaper for overall experience. Least favorite thing were loud hallways. "the hotel staff wasn’t super friendly and there wasn’t hardly anything for breakfast an hour before breakfast was supposed to close. the rooms were clean and comfortable. paying $15 a day for parking is absurd for a place like this. probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"We used it for a place to stay while visiting a family member in Denver. Did not need to use the restaurant on site but it looked wonderful. We did use the bar and the bartender was excellent and very friendly. There were no restaurants within walking distance since it was in a very safe business area but we knew that when booking. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Did not expect to get such a lovely hotel for the price we paid but we were there in the beginning of May which was off-season."

" I truly felt this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, the front desk employee was neither welcoming nor clear in her communication. There also seems to be a serious staff shortage, only one valet attendant & one front desk employee. There was no one available to help us carry our luggage to the room, despite the fact that we had a child & three suitcases No one even attempted to help or find someone to assist us with the luggage. We had to carry everything to the room on our own. The room was not clean. I requested several items for the room & only received half of them, items that should honestly already be standard in this type of hotel, such as slippers, especially considering how cold the city is. I asked housekeeping for a laundry bag, and they brought me trash bags instead, claiming they had no laundry bags available at the moment The iron I requested for my clothes was dirty & left marks on my shirt I also requested a dental kit and soap, and the items were delivered in a used a Ziploc bag. 
I have never experienced this type of service even at hotels with fewer stars We were also surprised to receive a message from the hotel stating that valet service completely closes during certain hours, which honestly makes no sense. Like what about if I needed my car for an emergency or any other reasons !!! Yes, I deeply regret choosing this hotel, and I was honestly lucky that I only stayed there for one night. "

"Our room need dusting -I was able to write on dust in head board Next door partying till 1am called front desk 3x to report but no answer Hostess at breakfast used same cloth to clean tables, food counter and floor. And wore same cleaning gloves when she replenished utensils. All concerns discussed with mgt & hope it improves as property has potential. *we stayed 5 nights, had same 2 fruits: apple & banana the entire time"
