Unfortunately the room had a really bad musk smell, there were no room turn overs for 3 nights, so no trash was taken or new towels brought up. The breakfast was good, there were two elevators that weren’t working well and one that didn’t press the floor that was needed.

The room was nice and big. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeepers spoke no English at all. Everyone of them could not speak English.. The main manager was so rude to customers that approached him. He was so rude I was appalled by his tone and nonchalant character towards a guest who was asking about her room getting cleaned..

I think the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner on that couch was really nasty and the Jacuzzi button didn’t work on the Jacuzzi but otherwise the bed was comfortable. The bed was clean and staff was great maybe some fresh fruit because the oranges was old. thank you have a great day.

I was traveling with grand-kids and needed a place for one night. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions and supplying us with extra towels for the pool. The indoor pool was a clean and with a wading pool, regular pool and hot tub. The water was cold but after a day of traveling a welcomed activity. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a great selection. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our favorite hotel for the location. So easy to get on to I-25 and it's close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed here in 2025 and again this year. Will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious, the staff is great, the pool is clean and relaxing.

Check in staff was good, everything else at this property was subpar sadly. Don’t let the lobby and photos online fool you, you’re in for a rough stay. Dirty pool, broken loungers, dirty and smelly hallways, non functional lamps in the room, small tv, mystery stains everywhere, broken mirrors. Rude morning FD. Even if you have to spend a bit more per night to stay elsewhere, DO IT. Avoid this property unless it’s your only option

Overall ok experience. Good pool, hot tub, guest room and breakfast. The gym is an absolute joke - broken equipment and SUPER hot in the room. Beds are meh but the rooms are clean and quiet. Bathroom was outdated and sink and tub were both plugged (staff did fix that quickly). Overall good value for the money and I would stay again - I guess after they upgraded their gym.

The property was clean and felt safe. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always avaliable as needed. My room was clean, well stocked and surprisingly quiet despite being right off the highway. Which was good for other travel needs. Air conditioning, cable, wifi, comfortable bed, heat lamp in the bathroom, plus the pool and hot tub, made for a great stay. Also plenty of shopping and good restaurants avaliable for every mood.
