"Nice staff, good breakfast however the hotel and room was very shabby in need of full refurbishment."

"What used to be a beautiful building is now in a terrible state. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment and a good clean. It’s in a terrible state and the public areas are worn, tatty and dirty. The breakfast was inedible, badly cooked and cold items were stale. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom functional but dated. Staff really lovely and trying their best in very difficult conditions."
