Great stay with friends and family

The house was exactly as described, with lots of space and fully stocked. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Westhampton Beach. Colleen was an excellent host and extremely communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend :)

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

My family and I spent a week at this wonderful house. We had 5 adults and 3 little kiddos, and there was something for everyone! The pool is fabulous (it's where we spent most of our time!) and the basement is perfect for children, as it's got an activity table, books, toys, a ping pong table and a large TV. The garage offered beach chairs (for the adults) and scooters (for the kiddos), and is located on a quiet street not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were as simple as those processes could be. I highly recommend Colleen's home!

Friends Trip

Our stay was perfect! Our host was extremely communicative and had the houses to med with anything we could have needed and so much more! The basement had all kinds of toys for kids and everyone was so happy!

Great vacation!

The house was wonderful! Has absolutely everything you could want and more! Pool was warm and lovely. Tons of play toys for the kids. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Great location and communications

This beautiful home was well stocked with everything we needed. Its location on a cul-de-sac is excellent, with just a short drive to the beach and local shops and restaurants. And Colleen's communications were terrific from start to finish.

Wonderful week in Westhampton Beach

This is the second time our family booked this property for our yearly reunion. We had a wonderful time. House was clean and well stocked. Pool is heated and well maintained. Colleen is so responsive and easy to communicate with. Can't wait till next summer!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was stocked with everything you needed. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature. I will dream about the beautiful hydrangeas in the garden surrounding the pool forever! The hosts were attentive and helpful in making sure we hit al the must-see spots. Overall it was a lovely experience!

If I ever go back to Long Island....

We loved our stay in this home! It was the perfect size for our extended family. It was well appointed. The kids loved playing in both levels of the garage. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all comfy. We even took a dip in the cold pool! The owner was responsive to our requests and met all of our needs. I highly recommend this home!

What a beautiful house!

We had a fabulous stay in this very well-equipped house with more amenities than we could ever want - from bicycles and games to workout gear and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool area was just beautiful and it was hard to tear ourselves away from it. Just a one mile walk into town and a great fruit stand around the corner. Plus, it was pristine! We would love to return next year!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Colleen's Westhampton house. She was by far the most communicative host we've had so far and such a lovely person. The house itself has everything you'd need - the pool, gym on top of the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway, ping pong in the spacious basement along with a large tv and couches. Grilling and spending time in the backyard was enjoyable with comfy outdoor furniture and the fire pit. The interior was tastefully decorated and well stocked. The house is very close to town and Lidl. Although Roger's Beach is for residents only, the other accessible beaches are not too far away - we went to Tiana Beach and the drive was beautiful. All in all the stay was great and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Westhampton!

Wedding weekend

Our family and groomsmen had a wonderful stay at the Flores’ gorgeous home while in the Hamptons for our son’s wedding. It had everything we needed, plus some! We were so busy with wedding activities and only had one car but the bikes and proximity to town made exploring and last minute errands so easy! The house provided a home-base and the homey feel we needed. Colleen was so helpful as we were planning our stay and rehearsal dinner and I am so grateful! Three Generations

The house is wonderful… even nicer than in the photos. The rooms are spacious. The decor is lovely. The layout is easy. My 84 year old parents were in the master bedroom on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about them on the stairs. There are so many bedrooms and beds. Each of my kids had their own room. The pool area is lovely with hydrangeas blooming and comfortable lounges and umbrellas. Communication with Colleen was easy. She is very nice and willing to answer all my questions. I would definitely return.

Beautiful Gem in West Hampton Beach

My family had a blast at this rental. The owner provided so many amenities for our kids that they never had a dull moment. There was a ping pong table, countless board games, video games, and access to video streaming on the TVs. In addition, the garage also had all the outdoor toys such as bicycles, beach chairs, and skate boards. The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking tools we needed to make meals. The entire home's decor was top notch so we felt at home. The pool is well maintained and the perfect temperature for the 2 year old. All the kids wanted to stay in the entire day. The beaches and Main Street are a close drive. The downtown area has a lot of charming restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to future stays here and visiting West Hampton Beach.

Amazing hosts and gorgeous property

Really can’t say enough about our stay. Our hosts John and Colleen were so warm, friendly and accommodating. I had yet to stay in a VRBO that had truly thought of everything a family needs to be comfortable - until our stay in Westhampton Beach. Colleen has honestly thought of everything from ensuring there are more than enough towels, blankets, comfortable seating, table settings, pool toys and floats, all the sports equipment, ping pong table, books and coloring books, etc etc etc. Our large group of various ages from preschooler, teenager, moms and Dads and grandparents were so comfortable and happy. Colleen sent us great recommendations and scoped out areas that would accommodate our family. There are so many fun things to do in the area, but you could also stay at the house and be completely content. We created beautiful memories and our kids are begging to come back next year. Can’t say enough about the house, pool, yard and our most amazing hosts. Our family is so grateful!

Pictures do no justice for this gorgeous house

We do a family vacation every years. myself and my 3 kids ages 16-14-7, My sister and her 3 kids ages 14-7-4 and our mother. Every room was better than expected. The pictures do this home no justice. The pool is perfect. The gym was such a great added extra and the bikes were amazing to have. I didn't realize how great it would be to ride bikes in this area. 5 min in town and 20 to the beach maybe less. The thing that sold us on this house was the fact there thier are 3 main bedrooms with full bathrooms. Everyone had their own space. This gives families to not argue over the master. The master is on the first floor and has a huge jacuzzi tub that we gave my mother. The kids loved taking baths in there. Even though we had cloudy and rain all week, we still were able to utilize the whole house. The host was amazing and quick with any questions. We will be staying here again. Oh and side note. There are plenty of towels and a convenient washer and dryer on the second floor by all the bedrooms. The house is also equipped with all the spices and kitchen appliances.

We loved this house! Loads of room, spotless, well-stocked kitchen, a great pool, and located a couple of blocks from a nice small market. We had a handful of minor questions during our stay, and each time I was able to contact the host and get answers right away. My extended family and I had a great time and plan to come back!

This house had all that you would want and need.. from child friendly downstairs to complete gym above the garage. There was no need to pack anything… there was all things you might need for the beach, kitchen well stocked and pool and backyard perfect!!! Also owner was more than generous, helpful and responded to questions etc immediately . A true fun, stressful family vacation enjoyed by all ages!!!

Colleen’s house is very comfortable and well designed. The pantries are nicely stocked. She’s easily accessible for any questions. We had a wide range of family members from a 2 1/2 year-old to senior citizens and everything in between, and everyone was able to find activities that suited them. This is no small achievement! The pool in the fitness area in particular were pleasant amenities.

Amazing Stay at Beautiful Westhampton Property!

The house is beautiful and Colleen is an excellent host. We had a large group and everyone agreed the home was spectacular. Perfect place for family vacation!

All around a perfect pick! Colleen was so helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to questions and so helpful with suggestions for things to do. The house was great for our family trip with lots of room to spread out and lots of fun things to do. The bikes were a great feature and the pool was warm and beautiful. This house was close to restaurants and beaches which was very nice. We’ll definitely stay again and suggest this house to friends.
