"We were there just over the past wknd. Great location to everywhere. The furniture is a bit old style, the floor made a bit of squeaking sound. Just over a night, so, it’s ok to us. The room is quite spacious room with big TV, but we didn’t bother to use it and used our iPhone and iPad instead. The only tiny complaint is that the bathroom floor need to swiped cleaner. Overall, highly recommended. Nice owner couples. We didn’t have breakfast there. We went to bakery nearby instead, nice...

"We loved the H4 hotel in Hannover. It was clean and quiet, and had some amazing amenities. The pool and fitness facilities were amazing. My only complaint about the area is that the hot tub was lukewarm and not hot.
The breakfast was incredible, some of the best we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel's price was very reasonable. Parking was easy, and for the first few days, without a car, it was about a 5-minute walk to the train station. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The only other minor complaint is that the shower would not get hot. I suggest turning it up a couple of degrees.

"Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning, nor on Expedia. Lack of transparency, poor customer service and clearly not professional. I will also submit a formal complaint i think customers should not experience something like this."
