"Room was basically clean. Some areas were clearly ignored by housekeeping: door frames and walls. We were told at check in our parking was included. Then we had to call for assist when leaving to be let out and were told by a different desk attendant we had to pay. We returned later and went to the desk to clarify, where they told us we should have been able to use our room key for in and out privileges. When checking out, it turned out we were charged twice for our room. The front desk told us they were removing one charge, and I have a paper receipt to show it. Now our credit card is showing a triple charge. Will be disputing. Beds were relatively comfortable. Halls were quiet. "
