"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was fairly spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was reasonably clean. The hotel is showing its age a bit and felt a little more worn than I expected for the price, but it was still a comfortable place to stay.
The highlight of the experience was the customer service. Whenever I texted with questions or requested extra towels and pillows, the staff responded quickly and were very attentive. Their responsiveness definitely made the stay more enjoyable.
While I think the rooms could use some updating to better match the cost, I appreciated the helpful staff and would consider staying here again."
