"The automated check in is not so good but the staff was very helpful. I wonder why they don’t do just manual check in. I understand when a group of people come, it might be better. So let it be. Clean and great amenities. The shower curtain smells a bit but it can’t be helped in like humid Japan."

"We enjoyed having laundry in our room. Please note it is a washer and dryer and takes like 5 or 6 hours to run. The staff was always friendly. The subways was like 3 minutes walk. It was helpful for travel."
