"Our weeks stay was so peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond. The cleaners came every day and were very serviable and discreet. They always left the bungalow spotless and neat. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would definitely recommend La Crique and we would return. Thank you "

"I had high expectations for this hotel in Tulum, but my experience was far from 5-star. Service was extremely poor from the start—we waited over an hour just to be served tea, which finally arrived with attitude and in a presentation worse than a basic café.
