Don’t stay there. The ACs don’t work and blow some dirty air at 27 degrees. A loud club like music was blasting until 4am (for whom? There were two rooms occupied, including ours). You can’t walk around because of wild dogs (sign on front door) and you’re 13km from Dakhla. Finally the property tells you they can’t see your reservation (probably to avoid paying Expedia the cut). Super reassuring.

Hôtel super, il s'agit de villas avec des chambres. attention pas de taxi qui va jusqu'à l'hôtel. il faut prendre la navette de l'hôtel horaire assez limité pour se rendre au TULUM pour ensuite prendre un petit taxi. le personnel est très gentil et serviable. les chambres sont nickels, le petit déjeuner parfait. tout le monde est au petit soin. endroit calme et reposant.

Bien mais sans plus

Globalement le staff est agréable et sympathique, certains se démarquent par leur professionnalisme, mais certains manquent cruellement de formation et de savoir vivre. L'hôtel était vide, nous n'étions de 3-4 clients,vlaid voir le staff de la réception trainer au bar sur leur portable ou au bord de la piscine n'est pas du tout pro. La première chambre que nous avons eu avait un soucis de clim, on nous a changé de chambre car par de technicien dispo. Dans l'autre chambre la clim a marché 24h puis a aussi rendu l'âme. Un tehcnien est venu le lendemain disant qu'il devait monter sur le toit, et après aucune nouvelle et pas de clim fonctionnelle. Côté propreté rien à dire, le ménage est bien fait. La restauration est pas mal, petit dej copieux, mais par contre looit le reste, es tarifs sont chers pour ce que c'est, et souvent des produits non dispo. Grosse déception pour la salle de fitness dont la promotion est faite sur leur site et d'autres site de résa. Elle est inexistante !! Alors quand on réserve un hôtel pour justement pouvoir avoir une salle de fitness c'est vraiment frustrant ! Le Spa n'est pas un spa mais un hammam de taille minuscule où sont proposés uniquement gommage et savonnage. Encore une fois les prestations réelles ne sont pas celles qui sont exposées sur leur site ! Il y a des petits jacuzzi en extérieur neufs mais non fonctionnels... Pourquoi ? Personne ne sait ! Peut être juste pour la déco ... L'hôtel est agréable mais excentré de tout.

Uitstekende locatie bij de zee. Schoon hotel. Personeel was goed, gastvrij, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Mn ssi Karim, lala Majda, Fatin, Zineb, Loubna, ssi Omar. Mijn dochter en ik vonden het fijn om in dat hotel te zijn, ook het nwe hotel Tulum is prachtig! Dank allemaal.
