"Check-in wasn’t friendly, and though they tried to help with the room not being ready, it lacked warmth. The shower door didn’t slide, making temperature control uncomfortable and risky. The room door didn’t close fully, letting mosquitoes in. The pool was freezing. Towel service was inconvenient—no towels by the pool, and I had to go with staff to swap them. Breakfast was good but overpriced for Nicaragua. Honestly, they need to step up their guest care. With improvements, it could be far better."

"I was impressed this hotel was still around, Last time I was there was 1990 during the end of governmental hostilities. It was remarkable how the property is still the same / better. To the guests that travel there , little unknown history took place on that property 1990 . Perfect location right across from the airport , pool was clean , hotel property immaculate.. rooms are older but comfortable with good quality air conditioning 👍👍👍👍 "
