"What an amazing stay,! I always knew the name Drury meant you were staying in style listening toy parents as a child, but wow! Rooms were huge and beds were so comfortable. Free full breakfast that had everything you needed, 3# free cocktails (beer to bloody Mary's) in the evening, and a little classy complimentary dinner buffet that would fill anyone up:) Then top that off with a staff that could teach anyone about high-class customer service, and you have yourself the perfect place to stay! Housekeeping deserves a lot of cudos for their amazing staff and high quality....rooms were immaculate and the front desk went above and beyond with their superior services....I would recommend going out of your way to stay at this palace...well worth it and about one of the last places you can get more bang for your bucks!! Ty to the entire staff! I needed to feel like queen 👑 for the day:)"

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was polite, however, I guess I'ma bit "old school" as I expected the front desk staff to be wearing something more professional than a t-shirt. The breakfast did not look appealing to me, so I skipped it. I was able to park in the fron of the buiding and had no issues. For the price, I felt the stay was overall good, and I would consider staying at Auburn Place again."

"The hotel is located right on the river walk. We had a beautiful 2 queen bed room. It is exceptionally well kept, clean & comfy. The staff are super friendly & accommodating. We were with a big group & every time we went outside Sara our server would come out, light the fire table & start the fountain. She was very attentive & a wonderful server. You never had to go look for her. She took amazing care of us. The breakfast was above & beyond. The entire staff were friendly & accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again."

"Chicken went well but when we got to our room it smelt dank like water had been sitting up in there for a minute. The only good thing about our stay is we were at the end of the hall right next to a door. The last night we stayed there. My husband got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night in the bottom left part of the porcelain tank on the toilet broke off and started spewing water everywhere. It was fortunate that he knew how to turn the water off because the attendant at the front desk probably would have known how to do that. The management was accusational when it was reported. My husband got cut but nobody asked if you was okay. Nobody asked if we were okay. They were more concerned about getting the toilet changed out for the quilt show. That was about to start up the next day. So much so that before I checked out that day. Darcy, the front desk attendant sent maintenance to the room at 8:30 and then again at 9:30 to get the toilet out of there. When I requested that he wait until the 11:00 checkout, she comped an attitude with me stating that we were supposed to be moved to a different room that she if she had known we were in the room she wouldn't have sent down there even though my husband had called from the room that morning to ask what time check- out was. The only good grace was. A. I worker named Jennifer that worked there Wednesday morning. "Upon entry the lobby looks kind of old and tattered a bit, BUT my room was top notch, new fixtures, perfectly clean, it was awesome. I would certainly stay there again."
