My daughter and I spent the night there prior to going to the Paducah Quilt Festival. After a long day of driving it was a very quiet and comfortable place to relax. Just sitting out and watching the birds and water was wonderful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was just a quick overnight stay. We wlaked down to the spit and walked out to get a icture or two. We did have a room that we needed to walk down the stairs outside with our luggage. It was ok but might be alot for otheres.

The cottage was a bit filthy, dirty floors, and with many dead bugs around, especially under beds. Beautiful grounds nonetheless! The lake and dam is something else! I think we’d visit again but stay in the rooms and preferably summer when pool is open!
