Stayed here for 1 night. It was alright. Would I stay here again? Ehhh I would check other options first. The property is very old and outdated. Staff at the front desk said they’d been open since 1949, and it’s clear not much has been done since then. We killed several bugs in our room (not bed bugs) and the weather strip around the door was half gone, so we stuffed it with tissues to keep other bugs and wind out. I refused to let my bare feet touch the carpet in the room. However, the bed and bathroom were surprisingly very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our favorite part of our stay was watching Clyde the raccoon scurry around the property.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We purposely choose our route so we can stay here. It's a great spot to relax after hours of driving. The view is awesome, the rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and helpful. The restaurant is convenient and the breakfast buffet was very good. Our server even got my eggs done the way I like them, since I don't like scrambled eggs. We will stop again when we go that direction again.
