Nature awaits in beautiful Western Bay! Stroll to the sandy beach for sunbathing, beachcombing, or ocean play. Or, head to The Overfalls for a dip; a natural swimming pool and waterfall. Visit cows, sheep, and goats in the neighbouring meadows. Hike the boardwalk to the lighthouse.
Located 20 minutes north of Carbonear on Highway 70, the traditional “Biscuit Box” house has 2 large bedrooms with double beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom. Spin some vinyl as you prep you picnic!

Cozy Cottage Charm

The cottage was beautifully kept and like a step back in time as soon as we walked in the door. We did the short walk to the beach and the walk to the overalls, and both were beautiful! We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

So charming

Great place to stay in a great location. We had a minor hiccup with the water system but the owner was over right away to fix it. Loved this charming cottage, and a gorgeous beach and the Overfalls swimming hole were just minutes away on foot.
