  • Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom in this 1950's cottage less than 4 miles from the beach! This home sleeps up to 8 people between its 3 bedrooms and bonus sun room with a pull out couch. The open kitchen, dining room and living room layout is great for entertaining, and the bonus sun room provides a second TV and dining room for additional guests, game nights, and relaxation. Right on Route 1, with easy access to the local beach, Watch Hill, local dining with beach front restaurants, Ocean House, Atlantic Park, Wilcox Park, wineries, breweries, casino, Mystic Seaport, and more! This house is fully stocked with linens, towels, laundry, and cookware. After the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower and utilize the grill and patio in the spacious yard. Great place for family vacation, group celebrations, or off-season long term rentals.
