- Cozy summer cottage, one mile from historic Watch Hill and 1/2 mile to East Beach. This is a clean open floor plan house on a wooded 1 acre lot and screened in porch off Watch Hill Rd. Other amenities are, outdoor grill, washer & dryer, 48 inch HDTV flat screen to use WiFi connection. It has a full function kitchen with microwave,stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, dining ware. Parking passes for Watch Hill village parking.
