"Room smelled funny, and was bare. No closet, no hangers to hang our suits. We wanted some water, but the front desk only accepted cash. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"The picture looked nice, but when we arrives the building is very old I could have gotten over it. However, the pool was not working. It was green and the customer service was not good might’ve not been their fault but they made me late to my flight and I missed it. I had five kids that were not mine really bad experience the guy at the front had a really bad day, but it’s seemed that he was taking it out on other people. Communication in the morning also upsetting with a front desk and the shuttle was late 30 minutes."
