We had an enjoyable stay at this property. It is located near Yellowstone in a quiet area that felt very safe. The townhouse itself was quite clean and well stocked. It had a decent configuration for our group allowing for some privacy. We were cozy and would stay again.

Winter stay in West Yellowstone
Nice place 2 bedrooms up with full bathroom, downstairs two beds in largeroom with full bath. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Work out great for a party of six. Easy to find and plenty of parking
The location can’t be beat. Once we resolve the issue of the Wi-Fi and how to start the washing machine everything went smoothly. Love the place. Would recommend it for anyone.Their response to our issues was within minutes, not hours
The condo/townhome suited our needs for our stay right outside Yellowstone. The downstairs shower was very small and the water pressure wasn’t that great in either shower but we managed. There was a little bit of an odd smell right when you walk in the door each time …maybe a little musty? Since we spent most of our day in the park, though, it was just fine.

Nice stay
A few items that need attention. Carrafe for one of the coffee makers was missing. Single chair at dining table closest to the front door, the arms need to be secured to the back of the chair. Bathroom door nearest the kitchen doesn't securely close. Very nice and comfortable. Will let you know our dates for next year 's stay.
Positives: good location and prompt communication by property management, lots of extra good quality towels available. Negatives: Not as clean as it should have been (dust build-up on furniture), dated upholstery furnishings, bathroom door on main level does not lock, bathroom fan on upper level not functioning.
