This listing is not what it seems. While you are staying, other people you don’t know could potentially be staying and you would never know. It’s a basement space with multiple bedrooms but no common space. Felt like a diy hostel. No check-in information so if we hadn’t ran into the property owner when we arrived, we wouldn’t have had the code to get in. Extremely expensive for what it is. If the entire space was to yourself, maybe it would make sense but still an odd space.

Good check in instructions. Is a clean semi updated finished basement with its own separate side enterance. Enterance way like a hotel hallway, multiple rooms. Not sure would call our room a suite, had queen bed, 2 folding chairs, small desk, TV but no cable/orfree channels. The mattress was very hard, only get 1 pillow per person, our bathroom was detached in the hallway though, don't think was sharing with others. The kitchenette was down the hall for all to use. Off street small courtyard-like enclosed incline parking (4 spots) was tight getting in/and out with our small compact car. Not sure I'd stay again but if looking for simple place to sleep, fits the bill.
