Nice neighborhood, the house was just too noisy. If you stepped anywhere, everyone in the house would hear you. It was just too much noise, the beds (all four of them) and the floor boards were just too noisy. House was clean, neighborhood was good but the only downside is hearing the wood squeezing everytime you moved in your bed or walked was a downside. Also no AC.

Large place for the price. Quiet location, maybe a bit far from amenities for some, but not a big deal. Kitchen could be a little better organized.
