"Most of your staff members were quite friendly and helpful, two others appeared very, VERY upset they actually had to work for a living. Your parking rate remains preposterous, and so are the tiny spaces for vehicles. You are NOT downtown, and you do NOT have to pay a lease on a parking lot that is NOT on your property. You are the only hotel I have ever stayed at -- and my wife, kids and grandkids travel extensively -- that has a key sports television network (the Seattle Mariners network) that is only carried in the hotel bar, not the rooms. By not carrying the Mariners in the rooms, you're missing out on more than 160 live broadcasts a year, counting the regular season, preseason and (sometimes) postseason. Also, our refrigerator barely kept items a little bit cool."

"It was an older property but it was clean and the staff were very helpful. Very close to the Westlake train stop which made it very convenient. The complimentary bottles of water were very appreciated after the train trip from the airport."

"We really liked the hotel, but weren't very excited about the parking situation. They charge 65/ night, so we parked about 2 blocks from hotel, and had to pull our suitcases that far. For the price of the hotel, I feel the parking should be free, or much cheaper."
