"Elevadores em péssimas condições, lençóis com cheiro de mofo, colchões completamente vencidos e deformados, banheiro com limpeza duvidosa e café da manhã quase ok, mas ainda assim poderia ter mais variedade. Enfim, não fico mais lá, não recomendo e acho que deveriam fechar e reformar todo o hotel. Está muito aquém do que se propõe a oferecer."

"Antes de mais nada, a rede Ibis é boa, e atende nossas expectativas. Mas infelizmente nesta estadia não fomos felizes. Banheiro alagando, falta de limpeza no quarto, iluminação ruim e, o estopim de tudo, o ar condicionado nao funcionou, o que nos impediu de dormir. . O que chama atenção é a falta de empatia da recepção, quando na reclamação da situação, o que as duras penas fez a troca do quarto. . Vale ressaltar que entre 22h a 23h, houve uma queda de energia na região, o que pode ter impactado nos condicionadores de ar, levando a sua baixa eficiência, não nos deixando dormir, em especial a esposa que reclamou muito, o que não é pra menos, para mulheres acima dos 50, se você, que é mulher, me entende. . Fica a nosso descontentamento e a certeza que melhorias serão praticadas nos cômodos, a iniciar pelos banheiros, o que apenas um "silicone", talvez, já resolveria o problema do alagamento. . "Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception. "

"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."
