The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 at night and had to wait for over an hour to check in because the "convienient" self check in would not print room keys. Then there were only 2 staff members there to assist over 30 guests. I was checking in with a family of 5 and it was just terrible.

Everything we needed from arriving in vegas after a 11 hour flight rooms are basic however we were only staying for a night. It would have Been nice if there were more staff around when checking in!
