Room although renovated was still unclean in areas. The plug socket was hanging off the wall and the bathroom tired and in need of tlc.

My favorite place to stay and great location. I would suggest North Tower for your stay. Staff is amazing and our room was clean clean. Everything you need is here and the shops are amazing.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and even gave us a nice little upgrade to strip view wher we could see the amazing Hard Rock Hotel under construction. Room and hotel clean and gorgeous!!
