The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also top notch! Loved having the shuttle to take us into Pike Place. There was only one elevator working when we stayed, no turndown service and room service food was just alright. It’s a great place to stay but if you are looking for a true 5 star experience I’d say this just misses the mark for those reasons.

We had just returned from our cruise that morning and was surprised that they had our room available at no extra charge. Had it not been available they offer free luggage storage. Room was clean and comfortable. We were really impressed with the addition of an extra luggage rack.

A bit dated but functional and clean and convenient. I suppose it aims to keep its historical charm. Shower could be stronger but it works. My shirt was stained from a dirty iron but they changed the iron immediately and provided dry cleaning to fix the issue. Satisfied stay.
