The Couple’s Paradise, Close to Downtown, Salt-Water Pool

Formerly an old nursery school, La Vieja Escuela (The Old School) has been updated, but still maintains the old charm of yesteryear with up-to-date amenities for today’s world. Locals call this type of apartment a "casita", we call it a "couple's oasis". Tucked behind the main house and next to another casita is this 1-bedroom apartment boasting a kitchenette, 24" stove, cable TV, Wi-Fi, queen bed, sofa bed in living room and a renovated salt-water pool.

The kitchen and bathroom have recently been remodeled, new mini-split system AC with heat pump.

Fabulous Stay

This property is well cared for, had literally everything we needed (umbrella, coolers, for example), and was super convenient to downtown, shopping, and beaches. I would do it here again.

Beautiful, quaint property

We really enjoyed our accommodations and the combined facilities. The historic neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk. Check in and out a breeze. Great communication with Ferney.

Loved our stay!

This property is beautiful, the cottage was adorable, comfy, and the perfect size for my husband and I's short stay. The salt water pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. Location was very close to everywhere we wanted to visit in palm beach, and we brought our scooters and enjoyed a fun scoot around the area. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The 1-bedroom was exactly as advertised, clean, and had everything we needed- including a cooler and beach chairs. The property is beautifully landscaped as well making it a little oasis, which was an added bonus. We had a slight issue with the keypad part way through our stay that was immediately addressed by the hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Host

The place is perfect size and has everything you need. I came by Brightline Train and it was very close to the station and Clematis Street downtown. The Host had great communication and even gave me some recommendations for local places to eat.

Perfectly relaxing

This was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. Just a short Uber ride to beaches and downtown. The bed was comfy, the space was perfect and the pool area was very private and secluded. Felt like we were at our own private resort. The only downside was the pool was very cold so we never got in it, but it looked beautiful and was very relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed the beaches and downtown as well.

Great location and property!

My son and I were in WPB for a baseball tournament and we booked this for a 3 night stay. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very peaceful. Having the pool and BBQ was great. Ferney was great with his communication and was helpful when reaching out to him. Definitely would book this unit again!

Sanctuary Oasis

I came there for a Tony Robbins event. I was 12 minutes from the convention center easy access in and out. The accommodations were perfect. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in, pillows could use a little upgrading but overall it was a pleasant stay. Close to beaches with beach accessories for my personal use, thank you💛. I would definitely choose again.

Clean, accurate as described

We stayed here mostly for a place to sleep as we had personal meetings during the day. The location is in close proximity to the highway an A1A. We did drive a lot in the evenings to check out other towns. We did not use the pool or go to the beach so I can't give an accurate review of the location proximity to the beach or the usability of the pool.

A hidden gem

My wife and I and our Havapoo Snoop enjoyed this "hidden gem". The host Ferney and Geovanna did and outstanding job making sure the accommodations fit our needs. It’s no wonderful why they have earned the "Super Host" title. Ferney recommended a nice live music restaurant (Cafe Centro) that played jazz which is located less than a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The next time we visit the area, we will definitely be staying here if it is available.

Hidden Gem

My college son had surgery and needed to be near his school and surgery center. It was also near restaurants (1/2 mile, easy walk or a 3 minute drive) There is a shared pool with plenty of seating. The laundry room was connected and had the best washers. Ferney was a wonderful Host. Looking forward to our next stay with my Husband to visit our son.

A Nice Couples Bungalow

My husband and I were in town for a convention and this little bungalow was the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of a conference. It is small but has all that we needed in it. The neighborhood is stunning and the property is well manicured. The laundry facility was wonderful. The pool looked amazing but we never had the opportunity to get in it. Great people, easy process, clean and perfectly priced. Parking on the street was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals.
