Beautiful home but Furniture needs attention

Beautiful home renovated very tastefully in a historic and quiet neighborhood. Stayed for one night while visiting friends in West Palm but didn't get much sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom is in serious need of repair/replacement. The bed is concave and my wife and I kept rolling into each other throughout the night. I ended up surrendering the bed and slept on the sofa in the living room.
