The Croton Cottage was built back in the early 1900s and still maintains much of its historical charm. It is an adorable one-bedroom cottage located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The home has a cozy living space, full kitchen, huge bathroom, fireplace and beautiful decor! Close to downtown WPB, beautiful beaches, intracoastal waterway, Worth Avenue, and iconic Palm Beach Island. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! Walk to the waterfront!!

The perfect stay!

I stayed here for a weekend business trip and it did not disappoint. Check in and out were an absolute breeze. Clean and cute little house! Great location! Nice cozy place in a great neighborhood with essentials for a short stay. Loved that I could park right at the front door. Bed was comfortable but a bit squeaky on one side so I slept on the other. Really great restaurant right around the corner. I would stay again if I was in town for work.

Great Location, Lovely Home

The location near PBA makes this home perfect for parents who are visiting or attending events on campus. A short walk has you on campus, and you don't need to fight to park! The home itself exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The table in the front room was a great place to work; the bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to local restaurants and down to the waterfront. This home is a gem!
