"Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. "

"There was no hot water available at night during our stay. Each evening when we returned, we were unable to take a hot shower, although the hot water seemed to come back in the morning. It felt like there might be a limited supply or restricted hours, but this was never communicated to us in advance.
