"Carpet in hall was filthy on our floor. There was bagged trash on the floor in hallway on our floor. Check in clerk was rude, and was not at the desk when I arrived. Bedside lamp barely hanging on with black electrical tape. Ceiling in one room was peeling, phone was missing buttons."

"I never get to stay here , I was trying to book a stay for April 17 2026 , it was a accident I booked yesterday date I call back Expedia and the hotel right way , they decided to change it I never had a email back, I never stay and it never changes, Expedia please help help . I call the hotel the lady work this morning around 9:30 am , she not say her name, but she was nasty and dirty person to me on phone, Expedia please me . "

"Don't stay here - very sketchy and the pool has been out of order for who knows how long. The front staff (Mandy I think) was nice but we got locked out of our room for hours and she handled it as best as she could by moving us to an "upgraded" room which was the same very basic design. The kicker was that the maintenance man that came unbeknownst to us opened the room and left it WIDE OPEN with all of our valuables, cash, my laptop etc. for god knows how long and nobody told us. I just happened to see it when I went to check on the progress. If all of our belongings had been stolen (totally possible, lots of seedy characters around including obvious drug dealers) it would have ruined our cruise vacation the next day. Overall I was worried about bugs, crime and everything else...I don't know what I was thinking...oh yeah...it's only one night, the pictures look fine - THEY ARE A TOTAL LIE. Spend the extra money and stay somehere else. I feel badly for the people working there...management/owners should be ashamed though. "
