Welcome to this lovely basement suite located just off the famous West Side Wine Trail! With a king size bed, double futon and request-able pack and play in the oversized bedroom, there is room for the whole family! With 3 wineries and the lake all within walking distance everyone is bound to have fun. Kitchen is fully stocked complete with an air fryer toaster oven, double hot plate and a BBQ on the deck so you can enjoy meals in. After touring the Okanagan all day, come back to the biggest, comfiest couch you have ever laid on and kick back with a book, watch a DVD or enjoy a glass of wine on your private deck while gazing out at the lake. Please note this is a basement suite and we do live here so you will hear some noise from upstairs during the day.

Was within 5 minutes of any stores we needed, and was in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Having a full kitchen and BBQ was also very nice, so was the outdoor space.
I was hoping for a little bit of a view, but it is a back basement studio with windows to the neighbors house to the side instead of the lake. The place was clean and cozy. It is great if you are just there to come, sleep, and leave for the day.
This location is perfect if you are looking to do lots of winery tours and want to be in a quieter location as opposed to the bustle of downtown. It's a 15 minute drive to downtown Kelowna (provided the bridge is clear) and it's a good idea to have a vehicle if you plan on getting around from place to place as Ubers don't apparently come to West Bank! The unit itself was clean, spacious, had a beautiful patio, and is perfect for dogs, had I brought my pup out with me! Check in was super easy, the host was great at communicating, and it was overall a great stay!

Adequate accommodation for a family as the rooms were large. In need of upgrading, maintenance and professional cleaning. Little attention to detail. 3/4 basement suite with little natural light and no separate heating/cooling control so found it quite chilly although outside temperature was hot. Access to patio area and seating made stay more enjoyable. Did not meet my expectations but I should have paid more attention to current reviews. Host was approachable and obviously trying her best to run a business and care for young family.
Great location with close proximity to many of the West Kelowna vineyards. The place was comfortable and a great hub to many activities. Vineyard tours/ tasting, walking food/spirits tours in Kelowna, steam engine rail in Summerland, strolling the lakeside walk in Peachland and sailing out of Penticton. I found all within 5-45 minutes of the location. And a lot of great hiking with vistas to make the trek a treat. I will definitely be back.
The communication with the host was excellent, as was the check in process. The location of the property was great. The sheets, towels and bathroom were clean. Some surfaces were dusty and appeared not to have not been dusted for a while Some of the kitchen utensils could have been cleaner, we moved the toaster and there was some bread crumbs. The kettle was stained on the outside and dirty. There were marks and stains on some walls and ceilings. Curtains in the living area seemed old had some small holes in. During the evening it was nice and quite but around 7.00 am there was quite a lot of noise transfer from the people living above.
This is a great place to stay! The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment is warm and friendly, making it easy to feel at home. Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant experience.
Great location and views. Quiet area of west Kelowna. Close to west Kelowna wineries. Suite is a great size for a small family or just a couple people.
The basement suite is very big and comfortable. We loved the massive couch and the DVD collection for our quiet Sunday night after a busy weekend at the wineries and visiting family. The private patio was nicer than we expected, just beware of the pool splash zone! hahahaEasy access, great AC, and ideal parking right in the driveway. We would recommend for sure at the very fair price.
Located in a quiet residential area. Nice views from side patio. It is located on a hill, thus, a car is needed to get anywhere (cafes/restaurants). Worked well for us.
On the night we were supposed to stay the highway into West Kelowna was closed due to a forest fire. We contacted the host and although she was not obligated to do so, the Host kindly refunded 50% of the rent/service fees.

A little disappointing
Two evenings there were kids running & jumping up above our head, I complained. It got better The toilet didn’t work for 3 days, we had to flush by pouring pots of water into the tank.
The place is the first floor suite with people living upstairs. Crying baby woke us all up in the middle of the night. Place was filthy, lack of towels, 1 car parking, chairs around the kitchen bar were questionable to sit on. All in all a terrible experience.
The challenges we had at this property were:1. Very difficult to unlock the (side) door. we frequently had to try numerous times before it would unlock. 2. We lacked control over the temperature of the A/C. It was initially set far too cold. However, when we asked the owner to adjust it she did. It would be far better if the renters could directly control it. 3. No plug for the drain in the bathtub. 4. Consider having a cement sidewalk as opposed to rocks leading to the side entrance rather than a rock trail for ease of entrance.
