Absolutely gorgeous mountain view, beautiful cabin, fully stocked kitchen, loved the hiking trails! Owners thought of every little detail to make it feel like home away from home.
This house was the perfect family get away. My family enjoyed everything the property had to offer and also skiing close by. Amanda was very quick to respond to all my questions. Overall my family had a fantastic trip.
We truly enjoyed our long weekend. The property is well kept and has everything you could need. Relaxing on the porch and taking in the gorgeous view, sitting by the fire at night, and playing in the game room were all highlights!
Third time staying at this wonderful cabin / log home. We absolutely recommend if you want a quiet stay with awesome views. Very nice bright and airy house. We are definitely planning on going back.
Amanda was a wonderful hostess---lots of communication and attentive to the smallest details. The cabin itself was a nice place to spend some time in seclusion, which is what I was looking for. I'd recommend it to friends.
Quaint, clean, efficiently layed out cabin with a southwest view of at least twenty miles...Quiet seclusion...Amanda is a great host who spelled out things clearly and consicely. Enjoyed this place very much.
The cabin has a well equipped kitchen, is lovingly maintained, with a nice fenced in grassy yard and hiking trails that connect straight to the property. It is very roomy and comfortably hosted 7 of us. Great view from the deck. Amazing view of the heavens with no light pollution at night.
We were looking for a quiet cabin to escape to for a couple of nights and this property did not disappoint. From booking to check out, everything was great. We ran into a small issue unlocking the house and Amanda was quick to respond. We stayed in the entire time and the house was well stocked with anything you might need to cook and keep yourself warm. All in all it was just what we needed!
Great location. Perfect get away weekend for our family of 5 to reconnect and take a break from the business of school, sports, college, work, etc. Just what we were looking for.
This was our first time using Vrbo. It was a great experience. The cabin was amazing and was everything the listing said it would be. Communication with the owner was great. We will be booking this Cabin again. Couldn’t have asked for a better get away.
Wonderful weekend getaway with our family. The cabin was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, awesome game room in basement. The views were breathtaking and the setting was gorgeous. We didn't want to leave! Already planning to go back!
The perfect little getaway for our family. The property was both beautiful and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the hiking trails right outside the front door.
The cabin was nestled in the mountains with gorgeous views and easy access to wonderful hikes and cute towns. We wanted to get away and this was the perfect place to rest and restore. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi worked, and the hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The property was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck, watching the summer storms pass by. I would definitely recommend this property!
This is a great place to stay if you want a secluded, quiet vacation. The Log Cabin is cozy with an open floor plan, tons of natural light, and amazing views. If you want to bring your dog on a vacation, this is the ideal place. Our two dogs loved the fenced in back yard and the surrounding wilderness.
In a word - fantastic! House was sparkling clean, comfortable and very easy to relax in. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and we loved they were safe! We went for peace, quiet and relaxation - we had all that and amazing views. Hiking trails right out the back were super convenient, easy access to Route 100 and Route 9 made State Park adventuring a breeze, and having AC when we returned was pure bliss during the mini heatwave. We slept great and felt recharged and refreshed each morning for the next adventure. We hope to be back again soon!
Wonderful family Thanksgiving at this beautiful place. Amazing Mountain views and sunsets that fill the entire sky. Our hosts were so kind and made us feel welcome like family . We made many family memories just spending time together at this special place. We
will return .

Perfect to description. Private, quiet, and peaceful. Very happy. Great communication. Thanks for the stay!
Our weekend stay at this log cabin was quiet, secluded, and exactly what we needed. The deck overlooks a breathtaking view of the fall foliage that we drove six hours for. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and as clean as could be. We also had so much fun in the game room downstairs. We we stayed longer!
