"Property owners are cleaning and remodeling it and have done a great job. Rooms were clean, comfy and can see the pride they are putting in. Great location to food, Walmart and autozone if you need car care needs. Would stay again and recommend."

I personally witnessed people ordering 4 espresso martinis and numerous other drinks and either tip the bar 1$ or NOT tip at all!!! Shame on people who see how hard they work and NOT tip well but use the excuse…. “I’m broke dude”….. well how about NOT order 50$ with of drinks to begin with? Treat the Staff at HCML better!!!"
"I recently stayed at Mountain Modern Sedona and had a fantastic experience. I booked the King Suite with the patio, and it was exactly what I hoped for—spacious, spotless, and clearly recently updated. The modern mountain-themed décor gave it a warm and stylish vibe, perfect for a Sedona getaway.
The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with pool towels.
One of the highlights was The Den, the on-site restaurant and lounge. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day, and in the evenings, they serve appetizers and drinks that ypu can purrchace in a cozy atmosphere.
The hotel’s location is also ideal—close to hiking trails, local shops, and restaurants. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which is always a huge bonus.

"Beautiful property located above Sedona with an amazing 360 degree view. This is THE spot tour operators bring their patrons to view the sunset which is magical. Check in took 2 minutes. None of the typical BS you normally have to put up with just to get into your room. Parking within 25’ of my front door. Dinner at the restaurant just one block away was 5+ Star. Super cool + super dog friendly. This place is so spot on all of the staff and guests are happy. "
