"The rooms are gorgeous, very comfortable bed, spacious and inviting sitting room, and I love the old bathroom fixtures. They provide both an electric heater and a fan. The food is quite good, the wine is ok. There's a very nice courtyard which can be noisy if there's a crowd. Someone was smoking frequently somewhere, which filtered into my room, I didn't check into it. "

"Positives, The 2 bedroom suite was fabulous. It is spacious very clean had all the kitchen necessities and Had trial sizes of bathroom essentials. The exercise room is a whole gym and impressive. Negetive, there is no breakfast offered at all, bo vending machines for snacks or drinks, or is there a restaurant or bar in the hotel. The parking in the hotel garage is very expensive however the front desk will validate the parking ticket if you ask politely. Neutral, the staff is half and half. Most were very friendly and 2 were terribly unpleasant and not helpful when asked questions. Even though I am a foodie and needed stuff at odd hours the good outweighed th bad. Ill be booking. More"

"It’s really close to the Amtrak train station and Greyhound Bus station in Pittsburgh. It’s like a five minute cab ride. It’s also close to Market Square. It’s also a short walk from Wood Street station. You can get a day pass and take the light rail to station Square and then walk over to the Monongahela Incline and then go up to Mount Washington. I recommend the Pittsburgh Steak Salad in the hotel’s Revel restaurant. There’s laundry facilities, but quarters are in short supply at the front desk. So you have to ask throughout the day to get quarters for your laundry. The front desk has laundry soap in case you need it for a small fee. They have a nice exercise room too. I recommend this hotel."

"Check-in was a breeze and staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable and pillows didn't suck (which I find a lot of hotels and the worst pillows - they flatten out into nothing when you sleep). Shower was just okay, they were out of conditioner and the shelf wad broken, so it wouldn't hold my toiletries. In the grand scheme of things, it was all still okay for my business stay. Great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants. "
