"Friendly "

"Rooms are clean and large size booked a king suite with a pull out bedroom. It’s a live in apartment style suite. Full kitchen cabinets and appliances nice open view to Pittsburgh city. Walking distance to everything. Full court rooftop basketball court. Con’s you have to pay for parking it’s not included in the stay even though it says include with stay. No ice machine, no pool . Work out gym but it’s open to the public like a LA fitness. Also they close the rooftop at 9pm . The main entrance is near a bus stop so it gets crowded with the city traffic for the bus stop."

"Bathroom was clean "

"It was opening day for the pirates so understandably, the staff was very busy. They got us into our room but we were missing bedding and towels. We. Alex and they brought them right up. Like I said-it was very busy, they handled the crowd well!"

"The room was not what I booked. I did check in later. The suite did not have a microwave. The front staff was friendly. On the morning of my checkout, I went out for a walk and upon my return, the cleaning person had entered my room and began cleaning before I checked out of the room. When I went down to the desk, they did not seem as if that was problem. I did not press the issue, turned in my card and left. I will never stay there or recommend staying there."

"The staff were very friendly. We had no problem with the valet, the front desk people, particularly Rita, were terrific. The staff in the dining area were also very pleasant and smiled frequently. We were not too keen on the cleanliness of the room. Other than that, everything was fine. But again the staff was great."
