"Great location very nice apartment "

"Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient."

"The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder. We had no problems personally. "

They also responded very quickly with any additional questions I had.It was the perfect spot to host our family Christmas gathering. We watched several movies and made popcorn and door dashed Fongs pizza. Great experience overall!"
