"This was such a great little hotel. It was out of the way, but right in town at the same time. The lobby and dining area (only open for the complimentary breakfast) reminded me of an old English manor. The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, home potatoes, and crisp bacon, along with the other regular continental items. We walked out the back door from the second floor right onto a super cute Main Street. This place was just a great little treasure. We loved it!"

"Todd was so welcoming and gave my brother and I a little tour when we arrived. He was so great and kind, and even gave us some recommendations for some local things. We were in town to go to a music festival at the Brewery Ommegang which was only a 30min drive from this property. It was absolutely perfect. "I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice- there is a lot in walking distance including a Denny's that's open till midnight and a movie theater and Applebee's across the street. 25 min drive to Cooperstown where we visited a winery and brewery. Location is great. "

We were here for my sons Cooperstown baseball tournament. 20-23min drive each way from Allstars Village. 15mins from Walmart, and lots of other stores and restaurants. Country feel and awesome experience. Marisa was great from beginning to end as a host. Would stay here again if I ever come back. Highly recommend "

"We stayed here for our grandson’s tournament at the Allstars field. Great location. The home was absolutely everything we could have asked for. When they tell you they have everything they mean it. All you need to bring is your personal items and yourself. Marie and her husband Craig (the owners) are the nicest people you will meet and wonderful host. They were right there if you needed anything. The house had so much room for our family of 7. Their yard with the pool and basketball court was amazing. The kids had a blast. Their yard is so well manicured with gorgeous flower beds. Sitting out in the sunroom looking out at the pool and flower gardens was beautiful in the morning drinking your coffee. I just can’t say enough about how great of a place they have. We will be back. You will love it. Thank you Marie and Craig."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable, with plenty of room for three people. The pond was fantastic; if we weren't at the baseball field, we were at the pond, either fishing or swimming. Highly recommend!"
