"When we booked online, didn’t realize that there were no elevators for the second floor. Also, the door to get into the second floor was not secure. Was held open from the outside with a standing ashtray."

"Stayed here for 5 days traveling for work. The rooms were clean enough, but the housekeepers walked into my room two days in a row without knocking or announcing themselves first, they just opened the door and walked in. I was not going to be in the room on the last day of my stay so I expected they would just let themselves in again. I neatly stacked all my trash, towels, and bedsheets near the door so they could easily collect. Came back to the room that night to find it untouched. No clean towels or linens and trash still by the door. I went to the service desk to ask for clean towels and had to wait 20 minutes for them becuase the receptionist on duty did not know where the keys to the storage room were. Will not be staying here again. "

"If all you care about is getting a night of rest inexpensively, this place will do the job The sheets were obviously laundered, but they were stained. Don't pet the cat they shelter outside the entrance. I'm sure he's sweet, but he's filthy and appears to have worms. Not a good first impression. Strange thing - some of the light fixtures have two bulbs, but in each lamp one of the bulbs was unscrewed, leaving the room poorly lit. Perhaps to hide the stains? Screwing in the bulbs really brightened the place up and made it less depressing."

"Everything was great!, except for our room (311) being haunted. Upon initial entry of the room there was a clear, unidentified weird scent, but it all looked and felt clean. Shower was great and breakfast was great. All would have been well if whatever upset ghost in there would have left 2 of the 5 of us alone. Screaming while asleep, horribly possessive dreams and starting to sit up.. the water turning on randomely in the bathroom.. very unexpected."

"The reason we chose this hotel was because of the POOL but it was too cold. It was icy! What’s the point of having the amenities if it’s going to be so cold? We could not stand to dip more than our toes in before we said nope! "

"Decent hotel. The breakfast was okay. The pool hot tub was clean but they weren’t stocked up on towels. The one downfall of this hotel is that they don’t clean or refresh your room until the 4th night and the desk clerk did not inform me of this. I had to go get towels every day due to only a few being in the bathroom. Beware if your coming through in baseball/softball season, there is a likelihood you’ll have a team staying and they tend to be loud, obnoxious and the adults are not supervising. "

"Don't stay here. Hair all over bathroom. Hairdryer sticky with hair and toilet paper all over it. Stained towels. No shampoo or conditioner provided, no coffee maker, no safe. We checked out after 1 night and they refused to refund the 2 nights we did not stay for."
