"The check in was easy, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We were located on the side of main building but had a view of the water. Overall a nice, comfortable stay."

"Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, and the ferry is just a short walk. My only critique is that the bathroom window has no shade or frosted glass, so people walking down the sidewalk or driving by can see right in. "

"Overall, a great stay. We only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy all the amenities but the staff was super friendly and informative, and they provided us with a fan and extra pillows when asked. We will certainly stay there again in the future should we visit MV again. "

"This beautiful historic house was perfectly updated and incredibly spacious - our large group had plenty of room to spread out and feel right at home. Alex was very communicative and flexible, especially when a nor’easter threatened to cancel our ferries. The house had everything we needed and more, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!"

"We had the absolute BEST time in this beautiful house. Hannah is absolutely amazing and was so helpful with everything we needed. The house is stunning and so cozy. The entire group I traveled with talked about how this house is our dream house! We had 13 people and we all fit very comfortably. The outdoor shower was heavenly, and the kitchen was so much fun to hang out in and talk after a long summer of not seeing one another. The beds were extremely comfortable, too! The house is a close walk to restaurants, stores, and the water and a short drive from the airport/other popular areas. We really hope to stay again the next time we visit!"

"We enjoyed a lovely 6 days at Adam’s house. It’s spacious, convenient to town, and a well-maintained home. At one point we were a group of 8 and while we were busy exploring Martha’s Vineyard, when we got back to the house everyone had enough room to relax and get some sleep. It was a lovely base from which to enjoy the island. The air conditioning was perfect and in the evening we enjoyed working on a puzzle in the game room. Checking in was easy and Adam responded quickly to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"Brand new construction with beautiful modern and clean furnishings. Immaculate interior design. Location could not be beat, especially if you don't have a car on the island! It is down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry stop for the public bus service, which takes you everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Mike was also incredibly helpful with making sure that everything was ready for our stay and providing local recommendations."

"Challenging to get the lockbox to work. Found out there are two of them. They were quick to help but confusing none the less. The drive back is quite long and bumpy/muddy/dusty but we have stayed at enough places on the island to know what to expect. Could use some updating but it would expectedly be at the cost per night. We were very happy with the place. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed to be an eclectic collection of things one might need to cook or serve. We left the slider open in the bedroom. Woke up to the Osprey announcing they were awake. Very pleasant place and experience overall. Highly recommend taking the road to the end. A quiet life guarded beach with very few occupants. We watched the sunset there one night. Perfection! The house across the bay is Chip Chop and was owned by Diane Sawyer. Worth looking it up online. Final thought. We were told a 90 year old lady owns the place. It makes sense once you see it. "
