"We had a great stay. Place was clean and walkable to the ferry. Staff was nice and helpful, gave us great service and suggestions. The bus stop was close which made easy to go around. Close to grocery store and some shops. Beautiful property"

"The house was clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful backyard. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider renting the property again. However, I did want to share one concern about the rental.The house rules stated that quiet hours were from 11 PM to 7 AM. When I first read this, I assumed it was related to a neighborhood restriction intended to limit outside noise. However, I later discovered that people were living in the lower level of the house, and the quiet hours were intended to regulate activities inside the property as well.Having to constantly be mindful of disturbing the people living below us took away from our enjoyment of the property. I believe the fact that someone else was living in the house should have been clearly disclosed in the listing.This is important information that guests should know before booking, as it can significantly affect their expectations and overall experience."

"The Staff wer great including the manager as I had an issue with the charges which was fixed right away. The location wer great as well as our rooms is great too. The only comment I can tell would be the shampoo, conditioner and soap they had wer tiny. We are 4 ladies with long hair, we all get used to having those in most hotel with just big container of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Overall its all great"

"We enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely responsive and the thank you note and chocolate welcome was a nice touch. Our beds were comfortable, everyone slept well. The kitchen was well stocked with for all our basic needs. House is old but definitely charming. The front porch was the real gem of the house. We all preferred the newer outdoor shower. Parking is tight for two SUVs and you are entering and exiting on a very busy main road. Otherwise, location was great given easy access by bus, bike and car to central Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven."
