3rd year in a row for deer season accommodations. Frankly, it is all you need, close to food and groceries, gas and Wal-mart. Room was clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good experience.

Pleasant Motel

The room was pretty nice for rural, northern Michigan and had a delightful lake and central green space in the middle of the rooms. It was simple but comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Didn't use AC, as remote volume will not increase enough to hear TV over AC sound. Room is comfortable & clean. Light next to bed wouldn't turn on; asked for new bulb (which was provided immediately) & staff discovered it wasn't plugged in. ???. Pretty quiet for being on main road.
