"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom could use a bit of a touch up to give a bit more of a cleaner appearance. The sink had a hard time draining the water, so we reported it to the administration. And also the hallways smelled a bit funny. The hotel was in renovation process (entrance and lobby), but that hardly take much comfort away from the stay, so overall, a nice hotel choice were to stay close to the city's center."

"Wonderful stay. Beautiful view of the city from the 12th floor room. Very clean property with good amenities. Right in the center of the city. Can walk to everything easily. Great bars and eateries nearby. Would certainly stay here on our next trip. Great bed!"

"Asked for a coffee maker 4x but because it was a standard room it was not available even though hotels.com has a coffee maker in the description on a standard room. "

"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"A lovely welcome. Hotel is away from the street so no traffic noise. Location is great very close to a Metro station. It is right on top of the Cube houses and a short stroll to the Merkhat which is a must visit. Rooms are on the small size but are really hi tech and cool. A special thank you to Luigi who assisted us with a charger and advise on using the Metro. "
