The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. "Friendly staff make such a difference. They were amazing. We had a cosy afternoon/evening relaxing by the open fire, enjoying a few drinks and nibbles. The room was was great. Although the door was a little hard to open and close. Will definitely stay there again "
