"Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, our room did not overlook the water but we were able to walk out on the patio and look at tge ocean , very pretty..hotel close to town very convenient "

"The staff was helpful and friendly The room was clean and tidy when we returned in the evening I would recommend breakfast to have maybe some hard boiled eggs and the pastries being fresh like from Coscos rather than packaged and processed We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t eat the food because of this"

"This place is great. Outside is Cape Cod worn but inside is extremely clean. Cleaner than some upscale i’ve stayed at. Front desk staff were awesome. Both shifts. Rooms and inside area were very clean. Continental Breakfast was great. All day coffee was a nice feature. Walking distance to ferry’s and downtown. Thank you Mary and Sandi. You guys were awesome!"

"The hotel was very nice and homey. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We were a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. The first time we tried it they were out of coffee and there was no attendant to be found. Decaf coffee was not offered. There were no juice glasses available. On the plus side, the muffins were very fresh and delicious. Went back for breakfast a few days later. Still no decaf so we left and went somewhere else. Other than our poor breakfast experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Front is under construction. Had to wait 2 hours to get our room, apparently they were waiting on confirmation that that the room was set. About 15 people waiting for 2 hours to get their room. Resort fee was charged although the only thing available was the pool. Shady character seen hanging by elevators on different floors. We had two rooms, my daughter’s room was next to a room with “swingers” in full force until 3:30 am."
