Good art. Still building out and adding shops/restaurants so will only get better. Also, a little away from the core excitement of the strip but give it some time, lots of new construction happening.

We spent more than a week at this property in late April. If you like walking in the city, this hotel has the perfect location to get anywhere with a healthy walk (not talking "around the corner" but something that will nicely get you over 10k steps/day) including the Central Park, Chelsea, Soho, East & West Village, etc. If you want to use the subway, the station is close-by. Cabs and app-based rides are abundant as well. We were very happy with the housekeeping service, and the quality of the job they've done. Also with the very spacious room. The restaurant was very convenient and offered excellent food & drink choices. The staff there, and elsewhere at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Couple of things that we did not like: (1) considering this is a 5* hotel, unless you use the "club lounge" (an offer was made at the check-in but I did not find it reasonable, and did not have the energy to negotiate after a 10-hr flight and a cab-ride from JFK), there is not much of a lobby-space where you can spend quality time, you can use the restaurant but they don't serve 24/7, and (2) we paid for one of the higher-grade rooms, a "deluxe, city-view", but not sure if we got one (yes, we had a view of a part of the city, but can't say it matched our past stays in NYC)... be sure to avoid a West facing room, if you can (once again, we were too tired to ask for a change-of-room after a long trip... hotel should've done that considering our long stay).

The hotel is very nicely set up, definitely enjoyed our stay there.

I am a regular at Conrad properties. They are well-designed and aesthetically beautiful. The rooms are a step above most properties that they compete with in their segment. The Conrad Las Vegas is no different. However, The Conrad Las Vegas is a 5-star property with 2-star service. This property does not handle well any situations that are not part of their normal check-in, check-out process. The staff tends to react with "this is the way that things work" instead of being solutions-focused. There is also some inconsistency with how things are handled across the staff indicating to me that training is inconsistent or that they are having the same issues finding staff as a lot of service businesses. I love the Conrad Downtown New York but this is not the same experience as that. Summary: A great property from an "amenities" perspective but not from a "service" perspective.

Luxurious, Modern,clean,Friendly Staff, right on the middle of the STRIP ,conveniently CLOSE to the other Main Hotels/ Resorts, and markets too !
