"To avoid. We have payed 1 room for 2 days that we have not been able to take. We have not been able to have the keys for the room even if we had payed for it in advance and called the hotel several times some hours before and after the check-in hours to have the check-in instructions and the code to take the key of the room. "Lovely clean room - we had a great view of the cathedral from our room which was lovely. Service was exceptional - Daniel at the front desk upgraded our room and he was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Location is very central and local to a lot of bars and pubs, plus the cathedral and train station. Great sound proofing of our room - it was a noisy friday night on the street below but when we shut our windows, couldn’t hear anything. Overall great stay. "
